Rich Fernandez, Ph.D. is the CEO of SIY Global, an organization that builds social and emotional skills to organizations around the world. Dedicated to building more engaged, connected, purposeful, and high-performing workplaces, Rich was previously the CEO at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Director of Executive Education and People Development at Google, and has also served in senior talent and development roles at eBay, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bank of America.

Rich also co-founded workplace mindfulness and wellness company Wisdom Labs. He received his PhD in Psychology from Columbia University and is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review. Rich received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego and currently lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
